We all went to church tonight because I was a little short handed and I knew I would need Jim and Kyle's help. We left the kids in my office to go get a couple of items set up and the next thing we know, Kyle is coming down the hallway screaming for us to come right away, Callie was hurt.
We arrived on the scene to relieved to see she was going to be o.k., but we have a huge mess on our hands (lots and lots of blood). We got her cleaned up as best as we could and Jim took her to the ER. His parents came to help me at church and Miss Callie got three stitches. She was very brave about her ouchy.
She got a stuffed peacock and lots of stickers from the nurses and doctors for being so brave about it! Kyle actually seemed much more upset about it than she did. He is such a great big brother!!!!!
They were done and back right as church got done so it worked out o.k, but wasn't quite the night we were expected!
