Brief Update

It has been busy around our house as we have started off summer with a bang!  I changed my work hours to work longer days on Tuesday and Thursday. That way I could have more focused time off with the kids.  We are only a week in, but so far it has worked out pretty well.  I feel less divided between work and home. 

The kids and I have had lots of fun already. We have been to the pool twice, played with our cousins one day, shopping for new shoes one day, out for lunch, playing in our yard, and the boys and I went to see the Avengers movie. 

Next week, my family is having a lot of get togethers so that and work will keep me pretty busy. 

Also swimming lessons start next week too.

Then we have a couple of weeks of time to get ready for our big summer vacation to South Dakota.  I haven't done a lot of planning for that as of yet, but I am starting to gather information atleast. 

July should be fun with trips to the river, movies, playing with friends, etc.
