Trunnell Family Christmas

It was Christmas at the Trunnell's today! Lots of fun was had by all. It was great time to hang out as a family and celebrate. We didn't take too many pictures, but here are a few of the fun!

The kids opened their gifts first. The boys were really delighted with their gifts. Kyle got a Madden football game. Conner got the movie Cars 2! Callie got some clothes!
Probably, though, the absolute highlight for Conner was when he opened the box and saw this Aaron Rodger's jersey! He was so incredibly happy. He instantly put it on and his face was just priceless. I love this shot!!!
Conner also got a Cars 2 Big bentley lego set. He was pretty pumped about this too. He and Daddy stayed up late putting together some of the cars! He still has a lot more to assemble. Not sure why we thought we needed 743 more legos, but Conner was a happy kid! Kyle also got a couple of transformers!
Callie loves to dress up (I think Iv'e shown you how she puts on the boys clothes) so Grandma got her an apron set. She was so cute. She kept saying hot, hot, hot. She wore the apron for quite sometime. Wish her eyes were open. YOu can also see the food she got to put in her shopping cart!
Kyle got a Tim Tebow jersey! He was pretty stoked about it huh?
This wasn't really Kyle's idea, but pretty soon after he got the jersey someone said, "we have to have a picture of him tebowing so he did!!!" I am fairly certain that this jersey and the packers one will be worn tomorrow. I might have to explain to the boys that we can't wear them everyday!! HA!
Grandpa Mark got an ipad so we bought him a cover to go on it!
Here is Grandma Muffy with one of her presents!
This is our youngest nephew Henry. He really likes uncle JIm. I tried so hard to get a picture of him looking at Uncle Jim all adoringly, but this was the best shot I got!!!!
We had a wonderful dinner of beef wellington, cheesy potatoes, beans, fruit, a frito salad, and rolls. Callie thought she was pretty big stuff to get to sit at the little table to eat our supper! Below you will see my favorite memory from the night...
When Papa saw Callie sitting alone at her table, he got his plate and joined her. She was absolutely tickled about this!!! She cried when supper was done and we had to take her plate!!! It was so very thoughtful of Papa and made Callie's day I think!
One of Callie's gifts was a shopping cart! I would say that this is her favorite gift. She drove it all over Grandma's house, over people's toes and into the cupboards! When we got home, we opened up her new package of food. She loaded it all from the packaging into her grocery cart, wheeled into her room, and proceed to put it all in the microwave! I tried to convince her she should put in the fridge, but I learned quick, you don't mess with an 18 month old girl when she is putting her groceries away after shopping! The microwave it is!
