Labor Day Weekend

I have been totally overwhelmed the past couple of weeks, but we took a little break over Labor Day. The weather wasn't great at the river, but we were able to spend a lot of time together, playing when we could, resting a lot, and doing some projects together.

I didn't have many pictures but here are a couple:

Kyle skiied again. He is really starting to enjoy that. It was the first time that we pulled Kyle behind Jim's parents boat. It took several tries with a couple different set of skiis, but we found a speed and a set of skiis that worked.

On Sunday, it was so cold, but the boys wanted to go tubing. So I put on my sweatshirt and went along. It was a great time with the boys even if I did scream like a girl cuz I was getting wet.

Kyle had his worst tubing wipeout too. He doesn't weigh very much so the wind got under the tube and flipped him over. He was pretty scared by it, but was o.k. praise the lord!

While we were tubing Callie and Wyatt (who are quickly becoming friends...) wanted to ride in the boat. They were such troopers. Grandma and Jim had their hands full, but these two weren't scared at all by the boat speed or anything. I couldn't get them smiling together, but they were very happy about sitting in the boat together..
